• Email address: to identify you and send you the access link (magic link). We do not store passwords.

• Manuscript fragments (up to 3,000 words): only for the time needed to verify feedback. Not stored after the session.

• IP address and date/time: recorded when signing the NDA and when authorizing manuscript downloads, as legal proof.

• Feedback delivered by readers and general activity on the platform (sessions, balance, order history).

• Messages in the professional order chat: automatically deleted 15 days after delivery.

• Internal transaction history (balance, withdrawals). NEA does not store bank card or financial account data.
